How long does my order take to ship?

Every pickup is built to order and handcrafted to produce the finest guitar tone possible. At the moment all orders generally ship within 3 to 4 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We ship via USPS "International Express" which is a 3 to 5 day service (Asia & Australia is about 5 -7 days) and is fully insured for the full value. The price varies and the shopping cart calculates the shipping cost & alternate methods if available for your country. You will be responsible for any taxes or VAT.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
